In fairness to the new CEO, she should give leadership to
developing a new staff structure and hiring staff members. The new CEO
search process has been completed.
Jennifer Orban will
start on August 25 as CEO of Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland. At this point,
she will
finalize the staff structure and begin the hiring process which should be
completed by September 30, 2008.
We have really talented membership staff, and they are
eager to continue their work with volunteers. They will have an opportunity to
apply for positions with the new council and indicate their preferences for
assignments.
